Returning to School!

Hey Guys! So now is about the time when you start thinking about or even going back to school. I went back to school yesterday (Thursday 5th September) and just started year 10. This means staring to prepare for my GCSE's and final exams at the end of year 11. I have LOADS of revision and homework that will be set over the school year and that means I have to get into a rhythm of doing homework without going totally overboard and stressing myself out! So, I decided to share with you all...

MY TOP TIPS TO MAKING YOUR SCHOOL YEAR EASIER AND MORE FUN!!

1. YOU DON'T NEED TO STRESS OUT ABOUT EVERYTHING (Unless you are disturbingly far behind in coursework and/or homework)!! HAVE SOME FUN THROUGH OUT THE YEAR TO REDUCE STRESS LEVELS. LOWER STRESS MEANS WORK WILL BECOME NEATER AND YOU WILL GET INSPIRED MORE EASILY TO DO THINGS THAT YOU WOULDN'T HAVE THOUGH OF WHEN YOU WERE STRESSED OUT!!
2. Make sure when your homework is set, do it the day it was set or, if your busy, the day after or the weekend! Don't get behind on homework as you will regret it!
3. Don't fall out with the teacher. Doing that only gets you in trouble more and you wont enjoy the lessons :l I have done this many times! Not helpful AT ALL!
4. Even if you hate the lesson or the teacher, try your hardest in all your lessons and you will receive rewards and the end product will be one to smile at :)

Thanks guys! Before I go, I thought I should tell you what subjects I chose for my options. I might as well tell you all the subjects I have to do this year, here goes :O

English, English Literature, Maths, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Art, Pe (compulsory and GCSE course).

Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters!

Hey guys!
On Wednesday the 28th of August, me and three of my friends (Beth, Georgia and Hannah) ventured out to the cinema to watch Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters. OMG! IT WAS A AMAZING AND LOGAN LERMAN (the main character) IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO FIT! xD

Overall I rate the film 4 and a 1/2 stars as some scenes could have been  better but the film was still amazing :P

Reasons for my absence !

First of all sorry guys i was on holiday and i couldn't write on the blog. I kinda have plenty of reasons, so sit back and hear them.

Reason 1 - My parents decided to go to the Elephant Orphanage Pinnawala here in Sri Lanka. It's place that cares for elephants and prepare them for festivals in Sri Lanka. Here are some pics

 

 

Reason 2 - Then we decided to go to Galle (Hikkaduwa) in Sri Lanka. I simply adore the beach there. Its awesome!

Reason 3 - i went to get my new uniform for Year 9 . its awesome Blue top and Grey Skirt and my PE costume was Bluish its cool too!

Well that's about it though I'll be going again somewhere

Hey everyone!
Ages ago, me and my friend Hannah (from real life) decided to make some challenge videos for Youtube. I wanted to show you what we did and this also gives me the ability to show you what I look like in real life without having to show you a picture :P Here is our Burping Challenge as this video got the most views out of all of them.

Where Have I Been?

Well as you know me and Gummy haven't been online a lot lately, and im sure Gummy has already covered quite a lot of what we have been doing. For example going to London Zoo on Monday, going bowling and shopping for new school clothes! Im going into year 9! Yayyyy! Well actually I don't know why im saying yay because I have to start thinking about my GCSE's! Sooo actually I think it's a ... Nooooooooo!!!! Hold on I think I should just remind you that me and Gummy are sisters so if you are wondering why I was with her than that's why. So anyways... what else have a done hmmm...? I have discovered that my phone has stopped working for some strange reason the screen will not come on! So my life was over for a few mere seconds until I realised Ah Ha! I have another phone! But unfortunately it is so rubbish I am wondering if I can actually live with it!!

 Oh my god it's actually embarrassing lol :D

But look what I just found! A minion from despicable me!!! I think I got it from McDonalds loll :D

His name is Phil I looked it up! I know sad... Anyways here he is!

He is so cute lol :) Im drinking Diet Lemonade it has bubbles :)

Massive Change in Design!

I know what you are thinking... 'WHOA! WHAT HAPPENED TO WOOZWORLD LIFE?!'. DON'T PANIC!!! I just decided to take a different path and see where it lead. Nothing too dangerous will rise up from the darkness, dragging you in to kill you! You will be fine :D Please tell me what you think of the new design and, if there is, anything you would like different! :D

Where have I been?

Ok, I haven't been online for AGES again and I don't really have an acceptable excuse this time. I'M SORRY! Well, I wanted to tell you what I have been up to on my summer holidays which have stopped me from coming online. Here is a list I made :P

REASONS FOR MY ABSENCE:

1. My Twilight Saga obsession has recently re-appeared :| I LOVE THE SAGA! However, having marathons practically everyday has presented me with a problem as I can't watch the film and come online at the same time D:
2. My dad has been off work (Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday) so I decided to do stuff with him. This includes going bowling and some other stuff I will will talk about in a sec :P
3. I went to get my new uniform for my next year (Year 10, woot woot!) I had to get a new blazer, tie, PE shorts and shirts. I have taken Geography, PE and Art. Unfortunately I am in the higher group (because I'm SUPER smart) so I HAVE to take French (the language chosen for me) whether I want to or not :|
4. I went to London Zoo on Monday 12th :O I SAW 2 SLOTHS!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! I absolutely adore sloths! One of them was in a tree staring straight at me and the other was being fed whilst hanging upside down! Sooooo cute :P I also saw a camel, some kangaroos and wallabys, some zebra's, some giraffe's, some lions, LOADS of monkeys, and bats!! I saw loads more but these were my favorites :P
5. I have been practicing my drawings for my art course next year because my art teacher told me to prepare for the challenges being set. When I am actually behaving in the art classroom I think she likes me. However, when I am sword fighting my best friend with the paint brushes or hiding the remote for the interactive white board, I think she considers dropping me from the course. Some of my drawings are below.

So thats about it guys! I hope you can forgive me D:

Groovy Greece

 Hiya!

I'm here to update you guys on the latest trends & fashions which are inspired by MyaWooz.
This week MyaWooz decided to do a groovy theme of Greek Fashion. I think it is a wooz-tastic idea! Don't you think so?

1.       Athena

Likes:

I love the mini-pearls in her curly hair which makes the overall outfit look elegant. What I like about the dress is the designs by the opening slit of her dress which makes Athena’s dress is simple but beautiful.

Dislikes:

To be honest, I really hate the shoes because I don't think it just fits or matches the dress. Also, the dress is too plain to wear because for Athena, i was expecting something more war-like too wear since she is a fierce women and someone who battles a lot.

2.       Aphrodite

Likes:

I am in love with the hair! I just love how it look so grand with the gold crown and all. What I love about the dress is the opening at the bottom and how the gold leaf designs surround the legs which makes the outfit look so grand. She is the Goddess of Love after all. 

Dislikes:

There is nothing much that i would dislike in an outfit like this but is i would have to criticise on something it would be the earrings. In my opinion, I think hooped earrings or a leafy design would be quite lovely to complete this overall look.

3. Spartan

Likes:

Its beautiful how MyaWooz added a gold chain in the Spartan's hair. Also, i love the gladiator sandals as well and the idea of gold bangles on the wrist and arm.

Dislike:

I think the gladiator sandals would have look neater if the front straps were coming from in between the toe.

Overall Comment J:

I think MyaWooz has done a very beautiful job in creating these outfits as she does all the time. Though i wasnt very happy with Athena's dress since it was too plain and boring. In my opinion, MyaWooz could've dazzled it up a bit. Personally, my favorite was the Aphrodite outfit which im gonna buy right away! Comment on which outfit you have kept your eyes on!

Scammer!

As Paparazzi I think it's my job to note all the bad people in Woozworld! The people who scam you mainly. They are the worst kind! I am making this post today to let you know one of the scammers. To make sure you never trade her or play her games. Her name is XxLaceyxX she got a load of people to play her revenge game, it was a very long game, but finally when there was a winner she asked what they wanted of the mannequin, so they said what they wanted and she put it free but suddenly took it off and left Woozworld altogether. The winner never got her prize, she played the game for nothing and wasted her time... Here is a image of the scammer so you know who she is!
